My Christmas Wish

December 2014, 4pm, I know, it's still office hour, but I couldn't help myself to 'run' from all this crazy proposal, tight schedule between handing over my job because of my contract termination and Christmas holiday is just around the corner.

I did not regret that my position will be terminated due to limited budget my organization had. I know and believe, there are a lot of window of opportunity will open in front of me. No, I did not want to talk about that. Hearing O Holy Night from http://faithtap.com/2206/home-free-o-holy-night/ make me visualizing myself a year from now.

In a warm decent house, in rainy December, with two angels of mine: Sammy and Joy, we are decorating our home with Christmas decoration. I can see myself, with Christmas tree, colorful lamps, with this song as a background. Oh, I also can smell my baking in my large (oh yes, large) kitchen. Sweet roll bun with cinnamon and raisin is filling out the air around us. It is funny, in my imagination, my husband still busy with his business, so he will come home around 8 and we can have dinner together.

Oh no, it's not Christmas eve yet. It still between 18-23, where we are not busy with all church ceremonies, so we still have family time.

A year from now, I can see myself, as fulltime mother, taking care kids as I always dream of. Oh, not to forget pursue my wildest dream: writing a novel!

I remember, one of my son favorite movie: Thomas and friends, where all the tank engine have their Christmas wish. If Thomas, Henry, James, Percy and all of them have their wish, why can I?
